Fraud Waste Abuse Compliance (FWAC) Program
The PAAS FWAC Program includes:
- Training with Fraud Buster Freddy for up to 20 employees (each additional employee over 20 is $15/employee)
- Screening of up to 20 employees on the OIG and GSA Exclusion lists monthly
- A custom bound pharmacy-specific Policy & Procedure Manual
- Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest statements for employees to sign
- Quality Assurance Error Reporting

The PAAS National® FWAC Program is a Two-Step Process
- Owners login to our Website (http://www.fwacertification.com) and fill out approximately 40 questions that are specific to their pharmacy. These answers are incorporated into the pharmacy-specific Policy & Procedure manual, which we print, bind and mail to the pharmacy.
- The second step of the program is adding employees onto the Website so they can complete the training. Each individual employee will login to complete four 15-minute training lessons and five quiz questions with each lesson and receive a Certificate of Completion after passing.
Membership Rate
Non-PAAS members: $499 per store
PAAS Members: $399 per store ($100 off the regular rate)
